For the past decade, she has held senior leadership roles at Nike, Inc. most recently as Director of DEI Education, where her team was responsible for the strategy and end-to-end education of DEI learning globally, inclusive of retail, corporate and distribution centers for 80K employees.

Cobi Lewis is a professional in the realm of community development and corporate responsibility. As the CEO of Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (MESO), she spearheads an organization that offers a comprehensive suite of services and programs to empower small businesses, including access to capital and IDA’s, in Oregon and Southern Washington.

With over 25+ years of experience in leadership and management within Human Resources & Benefits Management.  Currently Rebekah is the Director of Benefits for a home warranty company. Driven and inspired by the success of her father, Charles Oliver Maxey, MBA who was the first African-American to hold the position as a Plant Operations Manager for Pennwalt Corporation, Rebekah followed in his footsteps and evolved as a powerful leader, a solid mentor to her peers and exemplary role model to all who seek her guidance in business and social constructs.
